You the purchaser understand and agree to the following:

All Sales are final. Once your order has been submitted, it cannot be changed or canceled. These terms and conditions form the basis on which you can visit us and our website.

  • All Sales are final.
  • Charny Healing reserves the full and exclusive unconditional right to maintain a no refund policy.
  • Charny Healing reserves the full and exclusive unconditional right to determine whether a circumstance is eligible for any full or partial store credit.
  • Once an order is placed no cancellations are accepted, payments will be processed regardless of stock levels, no refunds will be issued.
  • Customers who have completed the checkout and payment process have determined they have accurately selected the correct brand(s), brand's product(s) names, and number of products selected for final purchase, and the customer has not made any product selection or product amount mistakes.
  • Charny Healing has a no refund policy for purchases which have completed credit card processing.
  • No refunds are eligible for products which are selected for purchases and are temporarily out of Charny Healing stock and credit card payments have completed payment processing.
  • No refunds are eligible for products which are selected for purchases but are in a manufacturer back order status, and are pending a future manufacturers' production, and have completed payment processing. Such events are out of Charny Healing's control and all such products will ship after the manufacturer produces the product again, or the customer accepts Charny Healing's recommendations for alternative brands' similarly designed products in place of the original selected product.
  • Charny Healing is not a manufacturer and thus Charny Healing does not guarantee all products listed on the Charny Healing website are always in stock. All orders will complete shipping when all purchased products are back in Charny Healing stock or the customer accepts Charny Healing's recommended product alternatives.
  • Product returns will only be accepted for exchange and then only in the event that Charny Healing staff has mistakenly shipped incorrect name or amount of product(s) and Charny Healing determines the returned product(s) have not been opened, all seals are intact, and labels are still in new condition. Charny Healing will pay the cost of the incorrect product(s) return and accurate second shipment for desired product(s).
