MTHFR & BHMT Assist (Methyl Boost) provides support for both the Folate Cycle (MTHFR) and the Methionine Cycle (BHMT). Compared to Methyl Boost +, this formulation provides less methyl support (necessary to due to CBS, COMT, and MAO variants and/or epigenetic factors), containing the non-methylated form of vitamin B12, hydroxocobalamin, a smaller amount of trimethylglycine (TMG), less vitamin B6, phosphatidylserine and phosphatidylcholine to support BHMT (in addition to betaine) and a small amount of niacin to reduce methyl groups. It also contains additional important vitamins, minerals, and nutrients such as vitamin B1, B2, B6, biotin, chelated TRAACS magnesium and zinc, lithium, Pancreatin and New Zealand glandulars. This unique “low dose” methyl support is gentle and highly effective in supporting various metabolic pathways.
