Order processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Order processing times may be delayed by several days during holidays or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order’s shipment is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email to notify you.

Delays & partial orders

We do our best to process and ship our orders as soon as possible, but sometimes there are delays in order shipment including, but not limited to, manufacturer out of stock or backorder status.

If an order is delayed, or may be delayed, by more than 5 business days, Charny Healing will contact the customer to offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Allow for order to process - we apologize for the delay but like to reward our loyal customers with discount codes
  • Full or partial refund - we’ll ship the in-stock items now and refund the rest of the order
  • Split order fulfillment - we’ll ship the in-stock items now and fulfill the rest of the order as soon as possible (we’ll cover the 2nd round of shipping cost)

We work with our customers to ensure the best resolution for them, however, Charny Healing reserves the right to ultimately determine delayed order resolutions.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for order processing.

You will then receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped (within 1-3 business days). The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active.

Domestic shipping rates

Shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before final payment.

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $99.

International shipping

Currently we are only able to ship to customers with a US address. We hope to expand our operations later this year. Stay tuned for updates!

If you don’t receive your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us. Please provide your name and order number and we’ll look into it for you.

Carrier shipping damages

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number, details of the damage, and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address damages on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be needed to contact the shipping carrier and make a claim.

No refund policy

All Sales are Final. Once your order has been submitted, it cannot be changed or canceled.

For the safety of all customers, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

Charny Healing reserves the full and exclusive unconditional right to maintain a no refund policy. Exceptions to the no refund policy may be made solely at the discretion of Charny Healing.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order arrive?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please allow for an additional 1-4 business days for shipment, depending on shipping service. From time to time, backorder delays may affect your delivery timeframe by a few business days.

Will I get an order confirmation email?

After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please note that this email indicates your order has been received. You will receive another email with a tracking number once we ship your order.

Will I get a tracking number?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped (within 1-3 business days). The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active.

What happens if any item(s) in my order are unavailable?

If any item(s) in an order are unavailable for fulfillment (for example manufacturer backorder), we will contact you directly to offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Allow for order to process
  • Full or partial refund
  • Split order fulfillment 

Are there any shipping discounts?

Yes! We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $250. From time to time we also offer special discounts for free shipping.

How much is shipping? When is it calculated?

Shipping is determined by the carrier (USPS or UPS) based on the shipping method selected and is calculated at checkout, before payment.

Can I place my order from outside the US?

We are not currently shipping to international addresses, but we plan to expand our operations later this year. Stay tuned for updates!
