Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. If you need to make changes, please contact us asap and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes we do! We offer free shipping on orders over $99 and 5% off orders $500 or more.

We also regularly announce sales via email so make sure your subscribed to our newsletter!

Shipping

How long does it take to fulfill my order?

If your order is placed before 2pm PST, Monday through Friday, then we will do our very best to fulfill your order that same business day.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on location and exact service, but typically:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days

We offer a variety of shipping options to best suit your needs. You can choose from USPS (Ground Advantage or Priority Mail) and nearly every UPS service available (Next Day to Ground).

Returns and refunds

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or refunds. Once a product leaves our custody, we can no longer ensure the quality and integrity of the supplement. Since maintaining the highest level of trust and safety is our priority, we cannot accept returned items under any circumstances.

Do you make any exceptions?

While we generally do not accept returns, we understand that exceptional situations may arise. If you have an issue with your order, please contact our customer support team, and we will review cases on an individual basis.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once processed, refunds are immediately released to your bank. Depending on your financial institution, it could take anywhere from 2-5 business days for the refund to post to your account.

Our auto-delivery subscription ensures you never run out of your favorite supplements by automatically shipping them to you at your chosen interval.

You may skip a subscription shipment, make changes to your subscription, or cancel at any time.

How do I sign up for an auto-delivery subscription?

Simply select the "Subscribe & Save" option on the product page, choose your delivery frequency, and complete checkout as usual.

Can I modify or cancel my subscription?

Yes! You can manage your subscription through your account dashboard. You can change the frequency, skip a delivery, or cancel at any time.
