If your order is placed before 2pm Pacific time, Monday through Friday, then we will do our very best to ship your order that same business day. Depending on the shipping service you select, your order should arrive 1-4 business days after fulfillment.

When you purchase a subscription with Charny Healing, you’ll receive regular shipments of the products you have subscribed to at the frequency you choose; we offer 30-, 45-, 60-, and 90-day subscriptions. Your subscription will continue until you cancel. You’ll be charged in each subscription period for the cost of the product(s) you receive, plus applicable sales tax & shipping. You may skip a subscription shipment, make changes to your subscription, or cancel at any time. There is no additional fee associated with the subscription, and there is no minimum purchase obligation.

Any changes you make will be reflected in your next shipment, except for changes initiated while an order is in process (i.e., when your card has been charged but you have not yet received your shipment); changes made during that time will be reflected after the current order has been completed.

If you cancel before your card is charged for the next recurring payment, then your subscription will terminate automatically and Charny Healing will not charge your payment provider for any subsequent subscription periods. If you cancel while an order is in process (i.e., when your card has been charged but you have not yet received your shipment), Charny Healing will continue to process your order and your subscription will terminate automatically after the last order has shipped.
Your initial order will ship within two business days, at which time you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Subsequent subscription orders will be processed 30, 60, or 90 days from your initial order placement (depending on the frequency of your subscription), and you will, again, receive tracking information within two business days once your renewal order ships.
