This formula contains glycine, ingredients for serotonin synthesis, and ingredients to support GABA release and/or function 5-HTP and vitamin B6 support serotonin synthesis. Theanine, as Suntheanine, supports both the release of GABA and its function. The NeuroSupport Blend (NSB) enhances absorption.
